Hydro Tasmania Consulting has won a Bentley BE Award in the category of Geospatial Modelling for their Hobart City Visualisation Project (2004 Hobart Waterfront 3D Modelling).
The BE Awards of Excellence honour the extraordinary work of Bentley users improving the world’s infrastructure.
As a BE Award recipient Hydro Tasmania Consulting was provided with a cheque of $1,000 to donate to a charity of choice. The award prize has been donated to the Tassie Devil Appeal.
The Tassie Devil Appeal is managed by the University of Tasmania in partnership with the Devil Facial Tumour Disease Steering Committee, and seeks to raise funds to undertake vital research into investigating all aspects of the Tasmanian Devil Facial Tumour Disease including its epidemiology, current and future management strategies and the identification of the causative agent and possible cures.
