
Quality Assurance
To us, quality means meeting or exceeding your requirements on all projects. At Hydro Tasmania Consulting, we are continually working to improve our quality assurance as part of our total quality management (TQM) strategy.
We realise the importance of understanding the primary business of the client, the impact of variations, measuring and monitoring, and the setting of standards. We also encourage the active involvement of management and all employees in any project.
Our quality management system meets the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000, which is continually maintained and improved. Standard operating procedures are supplemented if necessary to meet the requirements of a particular project.
We consider that quality is everyone’s personal responsibility. All our staff are responsible for performing their work in accordance with our management system, and for taking the initiative to ensure that consistently reliable services are provided.
